Tiffany Orosco MA, CCC-SLP, BCS-CL, is currently a speech-language pathologist (SLP) at Texas Children's Hospital where she has practiced since 2009 providing treatment for children with diverse communication needs. Her areas of special interest include the use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) to maximize the functional communication of children with complex medical issues, treatment of severe speech disorders including Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and the development of early language skills. Prior to relocating to Texas, Tiffany provided speech-language services to students in Iowa and Nebraska schools for 11 years. She served on the Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist English Language Learner Committee assisting in development of the English Language Learner Guidelines Manual published by the Iowa Department of Education. As a Hanen Certified SLP, Tiffany values working in partnership with families to provide child-centered, neuroaffirming care.
