My practice includes working with language and communication disorders. In addition to working with oral receptive-expressive language deficits, I work with reading comprehension issues (including inference and critical thinking), and work on writing organization, content, and sentence structure. I find it important to help clients increase their awareness of the impact of their communication deficits in their lives, as well as recognizing their growth over time. Parent coaching is important as we work together to help their youngsters develop their language skills.
