Caroline holds a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Washington, a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of California, San Diego. Since completing the Masters program, Caroline has earned the Award for Continuing Education (ACE) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association six times. Caroline is credentialed as a Board Certified Specialist in Child Language with the ABCLLD. During her graduate program, Caroline completed an internship at Seattle Children’s Hospital and Autism Center. Caroline began her formal career as a Speech-Language Pathologist in public schools in Washington State and then in South Carolina. She provided speech and language services for preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students. Caroline is currently with Sweet Talkers Speech Therapy, a pediatric outpatient clinic in Charleston, SC. The clinical setting of Sweet Talkers has provided her with an opportunity to further expand her professional career and experiences, and to provide services with greater engagement of family members and caregivers.
