Sue Ellen Krause, Chair
Sue Ellen Krause, PhD, CCC-SLP, BCS-CL, BCS-F, ASHA Fellow and ISHA Fellow, is founder, Executive Director, and Sole Proprietor of Krause Speech & Language Services in Chicago. She is fortunate to provide a range of evaluation and intervention services with areas of expertise in childhood language and literacy, phonology, apraxia, fluency and fluency disorders, accent reduction, and speech and voice improvement. She also integrates research endeavors and community service in her private practice and contributes university guest lectures. Dr. Krause is proud to have served on the Specialty Board of Child Language (SBCL) and the ABCLLD, including having been a team member in the transition to Specialty Certification.
Sherry Sancibrian, Member
Sherry Sancibrian, MS, CCC-SLP, BCS-CL, is a University Distinguished Professor, Program Director for Speech-Language Pathology, and Assistant Dean for Accreditation in the School of Health Professions at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She teaches coursework in pediatric language and speech sound disorders, and supervises clinical services for children with autism spectrum disorders. She previously served as Chair of the ABCLLD, President of the National Council of State Boards of Examiners, Presiding Officer of the Texas State Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, President of the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and President of the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation. She is an ASHA Fellow and a BCS-CL.
Katie Squires, Member
Katie Squires, PhD, CCC-SLP, BCS-CL, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Central Michigan University (CMU). She teaches undergraduate courses in language development and graduate courses in preschool and school-age language disorders, speech-sound disorders, and literacy disorders. She supervises the evaluation and treatment of children with dyslexia in the campus clinic. She is the advisor for the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA) group at CMU and is an editor for Language, Speech, and Hearing Services in Schools (LSHSS).
