Phillip Hernández, EdD, CCC-SLP, BCS-CL
Phillip Hernández, EdD, CCC-SLP, BCS-CL, is an Associate Professor in the Master of Science in Communication Sciences & Disorders program at Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey. He is a licensed speech-language pathologist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His areas of expertise include bilingual speech/language pathology (Spanish/English), school-based communication disorders, bilingualism, early intervention, culturally/linguistically responsive practices, and cultural humility. Dr. Hernández has worked as a bilingual speech-language pathologist in various educational, clinical, and medical settings with a wide variety of clients across the lifespan within the scope of practice of speech-language pathology. Dr. Hernández is serving a three-year term on the Multicultural Issues Board of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
