Melissa is a board-certified pediatric speech-language pathologist residing in the Chicagoland area. Melissa received her master's degree from Rush University in 2005 and her doctorate in infant and early childhood development from Fielding University in 2014. She is credentialed in Infant Mental Health in the state of Illinois. Melissa has been certified as an expert DIR/Floortime provider and training leader since 2013. She is an instructor at several different universities and organizations, teaching master's level and post-graduate courses in Developmental Disabilities, Infant Mental Health, and DIR/Floortime. Melissa is the owner and clinical director of Express Yourself Pediatric Therapy and EYT Counseling/Wellness Center with locations in the Chicagoland and Washington D.C. area.
